If you love petite jewelry,jewelry that's not heavy-that you can wear 24/7 or an added piece to a chain- this is for you! I also have grandchildren that are learning about God. This is a nice reminder that he is always with them. I would have given it 5 stars except I haven't had it long enough to really test durability. I've bought 3 small crosses from Amazon & loved them all!

Said it was a 18 inch chain ended up with a 16 inch chain. Very small cross not for a adult good for a child. Brought it for my daughter grad present. will not buy from this person again.

...and I love it. I really appreciate small jewelry, which seems difficult to find. But this pendant is truly small, as the description says, the outer edges measure a quarter of an inch in width. So don't be expecting an in-your-face design. If you're looking for a large cross, this is not the one for you. I will wear it with another piece that is also dainty, the two of them together convey inspirational ideas for me personally and I like that too.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the box chain it comes with is less-than-inspired. I was hoping to be able to remove the little pendant and put it on a more stylish chain, but alas, I am stuck with the box chain as the pendant cannot be removed, or rather, cannot be put on another chain without the aid of a jeweler. I wish sellers would be more clear on some of these fine points about the products. I am not sure if it would have kept me from purchasing it, but would have been nice to know. So I am putting it in this review. Maybe it's important to someone else too.
