Wonderful Devotional Book January 7, 2009
Someone bought this book for me as a gift and I have enjoyed it so much that I bought 4 to give as gifts this past Christmas. The daily devotions are short with scriptures to look up. I like it so well that I am using again for the second year. It really helps you to focus on God each day and putting HIM first in our lives, and truly trusting HIM in our lives. My friends that I bought this book for are really enjoying as well. I would definately buy again and this makes a wonderful gift.
Fantastic book on Jesus January 2, 2009
I really enjoyed this lovely little book on Jesus entitled, Jesus Calling: Enjoying Peace in His Presence by Sarah Young. Sarah let Jesus write this book through her. It doesn't deal strictly with scripture but it is beautiful in its own way.
There is another beautiful new book on Jesus entitled "The Enlightenment, What God Told Me After One Million Prayers: A Message for Everyone," by John H. Eagan. I just finished it. It's really great and deals with Jesus' teachings and His Passion. It brought me to tears. I think the readers of Sarah Young's book will really enjoy The Enlightenment.

It is a most precious time of hearing what God would say through the words of these pages. It can be a personal & intimate quiet time.

I love this devotional. It seems to speak to me every day. It is great when I don't have a ton of time- I can go deeper if I do. Love it.
