Product Description
The future changes in the Blink of an Eye . . . or does it? Miriam is a Saudi princess promised to another, a pawn in a political struggle that could shift the balance of power in the Middle East. Seth is a certified genius with a head full of numbers, a life full of baggage, and an attitude born on the waves of the Pacific. Cultures collide when they find themselves thrown together as fugitives in a high-stakes chase across Southern California. A growing attraction and a search for answers fuel their fight to survive . . . but with no sleep anda massive manhunt steadily closing in, their chances of surviving any future are razor thin.

Best Dekker Work October 13, 2008 I read this Ted Dekker novel under the title "Blink", but it's the same book. I have read almost all of Ted's work (I currently have his latest - Saint - waiting for me at home), and this is his best novel. The view into the Muslim world and a woman's place in it is quite revealing. But the "blinks" into the future experienced by Seth (the main character) are amazing. Dekker's "Three" was made into a movie (not a very good one), but this novel seems perfectly positioned for the big screen. Seth is a genious who doesn't believe in God and who's rationale for that position makes sense. But Dekker weaves an adventure that causes Seth to test God through prayer in a moment of desperation and that results in...you'll have to read it for yourself.
Bottom line: If you enjoy Ted Dekker, Blink will definitely not disappoint. It's his best work.
You will be transported! September 27, 2008 If you've read alot of fiction, faith or contemporary, you're in for a treat like you wouldn't believe! Dekker has authored a masterpiece; a drama which will captivate, challenge, and make you glad you took the time to read it. The characters are alive and enthralling, the events and situations so vivid and exciting you'll be right there and so sad when it's over. Go for it, you'll thank God you did!
Blink of an Eye September 9, 2008 This is a terrific read for any one who loves Christian fiction, love, and hair raising adventure. I would recommend it to everyone.
