Product Description Where have we come from as a culture-and where are we going? What are the implications for Christianity of the shift from modernity to postmodernity? How can we restate Christian hope so that it addresses the issues which our world now faces? In this series, N. T. Wright addresses these questions and, using John's account of Easter day, challenges all of us to embrace the possibility of new knowing, new loving and new shaping of God's world. Disc 1 (53:15) - Christianity Facing Postmodernity Disc 2 (57:32) - Walking to Emmaus in a Postmodern World Disc 3 (78:26) - God's Light in the Post-Post-Enlightenment World These lectures were recorded live at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia.

| Customer Reviews:
Dr. Wright never disappoints October 6, 2008 Though not for the faint at heart, Professor N.T. Wright's lectures are nothing if not spot-on in doing biblical theology in light of today's Post-modern culture.
I could listen to Wright for hours and in fact . . . I do.
Makes me feel like I'm in seminary again.
Yet, you don't have to be a seminary student or graduate to appreciate Dr. Wright.
These lectures were recorded live at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia.
These lectures are a great supplement to his book Surprised by Hope: Rethinking Heaven, the Resurrection, and the Mission of the Church.
