This is an excellent book to read, but you must also get the workbook. I have truly found inner peace. The book & workbook make you look inside yourself. This I highly recommend to both christians & non-christians. I have read many books on self-help, but this is one of the best

I sent this to my son in a federal prison in Arkansas & he couldn't use it because it was written by an African-American & the inmates would have tormented him. Sorry. Thought it would have been wonderful. He donated it to the library along with the "Life Without Limits"

I enjoyed reading the book. T.D. Jakes however did not give any information that has not already written by other authors in a better format.

I really enjoyed the power of this book. When I first started reading it, I thought I was listening to Dr. Phil. I did not enjoy that part ( role playing) in the beginning. Then I sat back and thought about how we are different in situations. Everyone attacks there alter ego by using either strength or weakness. But when we reposition ourself, we remain stable, strong, directioned and empowered. I gave the book to my son, so he could enjoy it.
