Reposition Yourself Reflections: Living a Life Withuot Limits November 23, 2008 I am having a difficult time finishing this book. While the concept is good and obviously written by someone who cares about people and how they live their lives, it is not easily read by someone who is either going through depression at this time in their lives or to someone coming out of the dark abyss of depression. Many of the recommendations that sound simple not only to the author but by anyone not affected by depression, the recommendations and workbook can seem overwhelming to someone who has a difficult time just getting out of bed each morning and getting dressed. It, so far, hasn't touched on the anxiety many feel when they have more than one thing that is expected to be completed by someone, before the day is over. It's hard for people to understand, it's hard for the person going through this anxiety to understand, especially when only a few months ago that person seemed to be the queen of multitasking, to understand what's going on in their brain that make the simple tasks feel overwhelming. Hopefully the remainder of the book will deal more with that. I do believe the author has the very best intentions and I am fascinated when I hear him speak on TV interviews.

If you need a push in the right direction or you know of someone who has not reached their full potential the this is for you. Love it and will gift it to friends and family his best book yet. I would give it ten stars if I could.

I was very pleased to find this book here at the price that I did. Everywhere else the price was higher. Now I will be shopping at Amazon more often. There is many department's you can shop at and save a bundle were you can buy more products. My book came the day it was supposed to and there was no damage to it.
