Product Description
In this empowering book, based on his bestselling video series, T.D. Jakes shows readers how to use Christian principles in the workplace, using faith as the key to happiness and productivity. 5 out of 5 stars This book really helped me out...   July 1, 2008
This book was really helpful for me. Talk about a hostile environment, I was deployed in the desert, so I ordered the book off of Amazon, and it came on just the right day, when everything was going wrong, my boss was trying to find everything I possibly did wrong, and I was homesick and missed my family and friends, my life. This book really put me into perspective of what is important, and reminded me of what I am doing the job I am doing. I didn't want the book to end! It truly helped to get me in the right spirit.

I really like this book .. It is a quick and easy read and it provides some real tools for your toolbox. My only regret is that I didn't have it 10 years ago ..

5 out of 5 stars A must read for every believer   August 12, 2007

Most working people spend majority of their time at work. Unfortunately, for some the environment can be hostile.

Like most believers, I work in a hostile work environment, and this book gave me insightful points on how to respond to the environment.

5 out of 5 stars Thank Goodness for a book like this!   February 26, 2007

This book has helped me to focus my attention on me instead of the issues at work which are beyond my control. If you're in a job that seems stressful and you need some encouragement, this book is for you. You can choose to be happy at work or you can choose to be miserable. This book clearly let's you see which choice is in your best interest! You can be peaceful at work regardless to your work circumstance if you choose to. This book was worth reading and sharing with other people that I work with.

5 out of 5 stars Great Book   January 4, 2007

This book was very helpful and practical in dealing with uncomfortable work environments in a Christian manner. It gave specific examples of ways to deal with difficult situations, using scriptural principles based on the life of King David.
